It is an obvious attempt by robo-dialing to contact and scam anyone gullible enough to fall for the pitched scam. DO NOT ENGAGE THESE PEOPLE. EITHER **** UP OR DO NOT RESPOND!

SCAMMER - recorded message claimed to be from "Cardholder Services" with an offer to lower the interest rate on a credit card. I never gave my cell # to any credit card company. I'm on the do not call list. If you get a similar call, report them at donotcall.gov
