I received a phone call from 203-215-3592 so****ing about lowering interest rates. I pressed 1 to talk to live operator and they wanted to know if I pay my card off or carry a balance when I asked what bank they were calling from they said they were not calling. I told them I received the call pressed 1 to talk to someone and asked a***n what bank they were from and they ***g up. BEWARE!!!
I received a phone call from this number I AM on the national do not call list. I followed the instructions to talk to a live agent. When I did, I said " I'm on the national do not call, how did you get me number?" then the person ***g up. I called it and it went to a voicemail of a guy named frank.
