Lifecare returning my call.
the caller indicated that she was calling for a friend. wanting some information on moving. She did not indicate that she was from LifeCare. She was not trueful about who she was or what she wanted. in our industrie we recieve all types of calls in regards to moving. And have a number of different programs depending on who you are the the services you need. In the future when calling make sure you are trouthful and the person on the other will be more app. to****it you.
Woman said she was calling for a referral service, inquiring about veterinary services for her client. She was calling a number that is****igned to a website referral service that we are listed on. Asked general questions confirming our address and basic exam fees; asked about pet insurance availability; and then asked if veterin*****s had to be licensed. A strange question from my viewpoint. Finally confirmed the name of the person she was speaking to and wanted to know if she was the office manager.
