They will threaten to file charges oin your County but the truth is if they cant get a hold of you, they cant file the charges. I have been getting these calls for about 18 months now. DON T CALL THEM BACK because if you do then they know the phone number is a good one to reach you at. Just block these calls. They go as JOHN SPENCER. Look it up, its a SCAM...
