I received a call from this number claiming to be Fred Thomas from Mediation Services. He claimed that I was being sued for an outstanding balance. But he could not really give me any information regarding who was suing me or the details of the lawsuit. Very fast talking and would not let me get a word in inch wise. I was not able to ask questions. I have never received any collection notice or lawsuit notice. About ten years ago I had my iden***y hacked and this guy know the name of the bank and my previous employer from ten years ago. He knew my address but did not have any of my current information. When I tried to ask questions he ***g up on me. If this was legitimate why wouldn't they just take the time to answer my questions?
