That I had a lawsuit a***nst me that was my voicemail that they left on my phone. I return the call cause I knew it was a spam call they said that some cash advance company was suing me. I never in my life had a cash advance. I told them to send me my paperwork cause they wasn't getting a dime and she ***g up on me.

Received call and was connected to a person who said her name was Donna Pierce. She claimed to be a mediator with a litigation firm who said a company called Direct Cash Loan was suing me for an unpaid payday loan taken between 2008-2012. I have NEVER used such...sooooo... She had my name, former address, bank name, and said my county would be sending me a summons. Very fake.

Hus name was SprInt Thomas and I had a mitigating case aainst me and if I did not call today which was yes****ay he would proceed with a lawsuit

they had no information as to the payday company they claim are suing me. had a hard time hearing her...bad connection ?????
