caller claimed to be a government official, left me a message of court -Law suit.

I use Nomorobo so robocalls are not able to leave a message, but I do see that they tried to call.

They claim to be part of the IRS and need your personnel information to verify their information before sending your file to the courts for collection.

Same thing, they had my name and was going to file into the courts system, stating there is a warranty for my arrest, all property would be seized and DL was now revoked. WHAT A SCAM!

Message says I committed fraud and to call before they take my case to court. When they answered, they said its some web based company working for the IRS and asked for my name and address. BIG NOPE!

I don't listen to the whole message. As soon as I hear "Official notice from the IRS", I **** up. It is a robocall.

Robocall stating that you committed fraud and they'll download your case to the court house unless you call them back. I didn't call, of course, so I don't know what they tell you when you do. They'll probably say you need to pay so****ing you supposedly owe or a fine. ***** scammers!
