Computer-generated call stating that there is a warrant out for my arrest. Ok, FIRST off - I am a Forensics CPA. SECOND, the IRS does not make calls unless you've requested telephone communication. THIRD, if for any reason you have an arrest warrant out on you, the local Sheriff and/or local Police will be serving you at your doorstep. Who comes up with this ***t, anyway?

I just received a computer generated call stating that it was the IRS. and that there was a warrant out for my arrest. Total scam.

Caller says he's Andrew from Internal Revenue Service and I need to call back. IRS agents give their ID nos when they call. This is a scam
