I would not be suprised if this number is not part of the NSA phone listening issue. If you answer the call then they capture your number and can listen in. Especially since it is a political call and they won't leave a message. I get political messages on my voicemail all the time. I would****ume they would want you to hear their message. Just a thought.

This number keeps calling. Its a recording/ robo call for some politcal thing. I call back and get placed DO NOT CALL list and they keep calling me. I have gotten 2 calls in the last 30 minutes from these idiots.
I answer the phone and there's no response. They've called 3 times today.
No person, no message. So tired of these robo calls. block or do not answer.
I just ignored a call from this # when I called the number back an automated female gave the option to be placed on a do not call list and that it would take 24 or 48 hours for c****es to go through in their system, so I elected 1 to be placed on the list.

Initially I ignored these phone calls but they kept calling back and then I answered the call and asking them to stop but they that didn't work. I searched around and found a comment from another site that suggested calling 866-246-7196. I called a couple of days ago and spoke to a person and asked of their do not call request service. They told me they provide this service for a small number of companies that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. I gave them the caller's phone number and it was on their list so I gave them the receiving phone number to add to their do not call list and the calls did in fact stop so I wanted to pass this along.
