203-582-3050 are Scammer / Spammer Telemarketers out of Wilcott, CT who call and harass day and night . Do Not Answer there phone calls they say they are taking a survey and try to get personal information from you . We are on the do not call list and asked them to stop calling . They increase the calls .

I talked to some clown from this number, and he said he was taking a survey of some sort. He used a funny voice, and it really irks me, that these idiots, keep calling!

It is not right that some individuals call your phone number when you haven't given them, and it is not right when you have to pay for some one who is intruding your privacy without authorization.

When I told him he wasn't allowed to call my cell for any reason, without my giving it out first, he argued that he could for a (so-called) SURVEY. NO, not when I'm paying by the minute! Unfor­tunately, land lines voip's etc, are exempt; cell phones are NOT, to my knowledge.

They keep calling my cell phone. I screen my phone calls, so I don't answer any number I don't know. They don't leave messages and they call at least twice a day, even on weekends. So annoying!!!

Yes, the poll is real.  Doesn't anyone here watch CNN?  http://www.quinnipiac.edu/x271.xml  A family member is an employee of the polling institute and has explained their process to me:No, they aren't calling to solicit funds or ask that you attend their school.  Being on the Do Not Call registry does not make you exempt from public opinion polls because telephone numbers are randomly generated.  This is LEGAL, as they are surveyors and not telemarketers.  If you do not wish to be called, try answering to state your wishes and your number will be blocked from being dialed in the future.  Or, email the institute with your phone number with the simple request to be blocked and they'll comply immediately.

They have called my number last few nights and other times before that and do not leave a message, they are Quinnepac University, they do polls without paying anyone for the information they poll. They expect people to give them free information on their opinions and beliefs and voting habits and how they plan to vote. How can a for-profit? group doing something like this be allowed to call from a University or any other public or private place of education?

Have no idea who they are,but wish they would stop calling. They leave no message and I don't answer the phone unless I know who is on my caller ID. I've not requested any information on colleges or universities, I'm 58 yrs. old.
