Leave a CommentI received a call today from 2038246110; the individual requested to speak to the person that makes the company decisions. I forward the call to that individual seconds later the call came back to me. The caller requested to speak to someone in the HR Dept I forward the call to that individual a***n second later the call came back to me. Both time I know they did not leave a message to those extension that I transfer to. Anyways, they called a***n, since I have called id and notice that it was the same individual so I did not answer, I let my voicemail to pick up the call. This caller left a message telling me "YOU F*** B****, your boss is my cousin and that he was going to tell his to "FIRE" me. This people are "RENTLESS".
I've had the same experience. They say they are Sterling International and want to send a webinar invitation. (Like I need to spend time wat****g a webinar.) They called a***n and said they have a social network for IT managers. They just keep asking for information. I think they are building their own network for marketing ... or maybe they are ****a's version of the CIA!!!! Anyway I'm parinoid and have no time for these ****s.
I have filed complaints on the national call registry as well as with BBB they here relentless harassers who demand information they do not cease and desist even when you ask them to. Please do whatever you can to get these people to STOP! It is a global call center based in California, Le Puente, and also in the Philippines. I asked several times for them to not call... they are RELENTLESS.
They won't stop calling no matter what I tell them. They are rude and harassing us for information about employees. They try to mispronounce names to get my help and I explain no thank you . Then they call back and get rude.
We didn't get Debt so****ing. A woman called asking for the sales department. Only our dealers speak with them. I asked which state she's in and she told me my state (AZ). We don't have an area code of 203 for AZ. So I asked if she was a dealer?NoWould you like to become one?NoWell, only dealers can speak to the sales department. What's this call pertaining to?We're updating our data base. I forgot the specifics of the company, but I remembered that it fell in the description of our Marketing department so I transferred her there.A little later in the day she called back A***N asking for the Sales department. I recognized her voice and the phone #. (she had a bad at***ude so of course I would remember) I reminded her that she called earlier in the day and I transferred her to Marketing, I will transfer her a***n. She DEMANDED me to tell her what my position was and why I wasn't going to transfer her to Sales. I just told her I'm the Receptionist for this company and it's MY JOB to determine where calls should go to. She's not a dealer, Sales ONLY talk to dealers so she's not going to the Sales department.Then she stated that I could give her the info of our Controller (phone # and e-mail address). I told her I don't have authorization to do so and she actually needs to go to Marketing since what her company needs the info for would be a Marketing person. She said she'll call back and get some one else (I'm the only person that answers the phones, she'll ONLY get me LOL) and ****s up on me.Don't give them info. It's like pulling teeth just to find out who they are. And if you ask what state they're in they (or maybe it's just her that's calling)will always say the state YOU'RE in.
A woman had called and asked to speak to the owner. I asked "Who is this?" and she said "I am callingf from debt (so****ing.. i didnt hear), can I speak to the owner?".. I said "Could you please remove us from your list?" and she said "WHY?!!" and ***g up on me.
