I turned this matter over to my phone company because it is their job to give me a clean phone number.  And all of these calls coming from collection agencies belong to prior owners of this number and are not mine.  When the phone company called them and provided proof that I was not the person they were looking for, the calls stopped................  No more calls from sites like this one...........  try it, you have a right to not be bothered by this type of calls, and your phone company should take care of it at no charge to you.  If they don't, find another company and get a new number..............

Get a recording if this is ....... .............. press one,  Then they attempt to collect a doctors bill from 4 years ago. I believe it is a scam.

But who ARE they?

They call several times a day, never leave a message and have even called me at midnight. And when I have answered there is no one on the other end.

if they are looking for some one eles they will take you off of there call list as soon asyou talk to them even if you wont give them your ssn because they will ask for it time and time a***n but have not been called back since i got in touch with them

but it is important for this a**hole to close his business and go home and be a security guard for a use full place. stop programing your f... ! computer to call people ****.

These people call every day. I don't know who they are and I never answer their call, and they never leave a message.

Yaa, now *****unice has this new phone with call black feature. very a fictive in eliminating **** calls like that. the best price for 4 hand sets got it at sams clup. after sear****g on ebay and other sites.

Message left goes so****ing like this: This message is for..., if you are not ... please **** up. If you are listening to this message then you are agreeing that you are ..." and so on stating they are attempting to collect a debt. Is this LEGAL?
