Called 3 times, over a 5 day period. Just ***g up, when I answered.

my caller ID Said Convergent Res, I had a problem with them before trying to collect on a 20+ yr old debt that was written off in bankruptcy court in the early 90's.

Called me 8:20pm. I work 3rd shift. Had me thinking there was an emergency because my waiting on hold for them was Soooooo important. Nonsense. I was disconnected. I waited a while and called back only to be disconnected A***N. Very annoying.

?? No info.. Just annoying

Called my landline. I stayed on hold because " my call is important to them" and they called me.. Then magically got disconnected.. Really people?
