Calls in the a.m wakes me up, calls at night, very annoying. Calls my 2nd number which I never use. I may have to disconnect it.I called AT&T and they want to sell me a Manager Privacy Progream at plus $7.50 per month. Can't selectively block the calls.  I researched the No. and the call originates in Manitoba, Ca***a as a Cell Phone in Minnedosa, MB, with a Rogers Carrier or MTS. Area Code 204 is Manitoba,Ca.  I got Rogers in USA/Ca***a, New Jersey but that must be their corporate office.  I called Rogers in Ca***a and they said its not a Rogers number.  I got the Ca***a Do Not Call Number: 1-866-580-3625 and that may be helpful. I entered a complaint to the USA DNC as well likely not much help. I will stay on this and I will provide all information. Looks like Rogers is the carrier and Minnedosa, MB is the location or MTS.
