I just got my phkne bill and it says I got six calls from that number and i never answered a call from that number.I just read my phone bill and it was there..so they charged me for it!!!!!! Ughhhhhhhh

I got a call from this number too (in Winnipeg) They were asking for money for kids lunches.  They were really pushy, seemed like they had an answer for everything. I said I would like the information sent out to me and he said they couldn't do that without a donation? (Sounds a little fishy to me) He did give me a website to check out.  www.childemergency.ca.

Got 2 calls from these 'people' today.  Never answered either one.  The Name Display reads this number, but the actual Number display reads an entirely different number - 200-152-8994?!?!  Never heard of a 200 number before...

They called and I heard the tell-tale sounds of a call center in the background.  I didn't bother to wait for their spiel. I told them to delete my number from their call list and not to call a***n. As Ken J said earlier in this thread: If you are a Shaw Digital Phone subscriber you can add them to a call blocking database for your line (enter *60, then #01# to reject the last caller, or else follow the directions to add the number)  I did that too.

Got a call from these peolple just now. Guy named himself Michael Smith. (Good phoney name)  Wanted $365 to feed children in schools.  Said he was calling from a call center in ***ndon.  When I told him I couldn't afford that, he made the amount smaller.  When I told him I didn't know the program he was calling about, he told me I could make a one time donation of $30 and if I would hold the line, he could put me through to someone who would give me information on where I could mail my cheque.  I told him I wasnt going to be sending money to them, and asked where he had got my number from.  He told me they call everyone in Manitoba.  I asked him to remove me from their phone list, and he said he would.  See if they call a***n.

got this call too for christain colleges...telemarketing call, noone was on the other end called number back from saskatchewan..

Returning the call directs you to a voicemail for "Ca***a Christian College". If you look it up on the DNC list's list of registered charities, it shows up as an organization that is still allowed to call you.

i got them too, they were harrasiing me and wouldnt take no for an answer.  so i asked if they'd be wiling to donate money for my kids lunches cause times are tough no***ays lol, they didn't know what to say.

I got this call today, he wanted a donation for some children's charity I've never heard of "here in Saskatchewan".I told him I only donate to charities I know, and never over the phone.  He was very rude and agrued with me that I was helping others but not our own.  I told him it was my money and I could give where I saw fit.I was not impressed

I also Got a call from this number 272-4504 Winnipeg. No one at the end. So annoying. I blocked it272-4504

I get calls nearly every day from this number. Half the time I say "Hello" and they **** up! ***?

I got this call today, they are looking for donations. I just ***g up.  I live in the northern region of the province and get calls every other day.  I'm sick of scammers.

got call from 204-272-4504 (live in wpg)when answered, recording came up and said "due to large volume" they ***g up so i called number back  got another recording that just ****s up on you and does not give you an option to opt out. I filed a complaint with the BBB, RCMP and the nataional do not call list as they are supposed to give you an opt out option. I also blocked the number using my call block from Shaw.

Got a call from 204-272-4504, they were collecting money for kids lunches for schools. We said we would want to think about it and let them know, they said the campaign ends tomorrow and were not interested in leaving any info.

Got a call from this number too: 272-4504 (I live in Winnipeg)It s****ed off with a recorded message saying "due to a large volume of calls..." but then cut off.

I get calls from this number several times a day, most annoying

I get this number almost everyday at least once. No one is on the other end.
