I am from chennai, i got a call from +4049 just now,  i didnt  picked it, thinking that is a scam,

Continuous calls, keep telling them to remove my number but they continue.

Constantly calling my business cell phone. I have asked them numeous times to stop calling.

i have added my number to do not call registry and the 30 days have gone thru since last week and they are still calling me. stop them calling me or this number will be given to the local police!!

Called me today. I said what are you calling for? He said nothing, and then can I give you a kiss?! (had east indian accent) ***g up, pressed selective call blocking and that should get rid of it

These idiots keep calling me as well.  They either **** up or have someone with a terrible indian accent calling about long distance rates for Pulse Telecom. They keep calling here in Montreal. I asked them to bother me in french or not bother me at all.  He can barely speak english, so forget about french! Phone calls come everyday and one day I picked up to say***** and find out what they want but no one answers. T kept holding the phone for sometime around 2 minutes and little while the phone is put down as if someone is at the other end wantedly does not want to talk. But why would one call when the person does not want to speak? I cannot guess what wrong with this type of communication? And what they want to achieve by making such calls?

I have the same complaint as others. This person calls morning and evening, But have answered and this person doesn't say anything. Usually telemarketers speak right away, but nothing from this caller. It's getting to a point where it's becoming worse than a telemarketer. It's disturbing.

Never, Never, ever answer to this number, or any of the numbers mentioned here below this text, just don't do it. Just Don't pick up the phone, because if you do, you will open the***** gate in your life: (Criminal scam, phone hacker, fraud from almost all kind, telemarketer, s****, freak and harassing calls all the time, day and night...etc). Don't think about asking them to remove your name from their "CALLING LIST" or using with them your legal rights for the use of the so called "NO CALLING LIST", it's useless, they don't even give a **** about it (despite what they can tell you if you ask them to do so), just call the police in your area to trace these annoying people, or call Phone Busters at 888-495-8501, or at least, get your phone company or CRTC involved fast in that matter befor it's too late for you, and maybe for your family as well, who knows.Also, every reader to this message must be advised that these unwanted people hide themselfs behind several calling ma****es controlled by a computerised calling system, and they are using several other phone numbers (most of them either fake numbers or arbitrary generated numbers, and even, any number or text they wish to be apear in your phone screen). trying to sell some long distance calls...............

telemarketer asking about long distance rates, barely speaks english, hard to understand. I have asked several times to have my number removed from their list, they still keep calling. Will be blocking this number through my local phone provider!

Guys I am using pulse telecom from last 3 years i never had any complaints even no any issues regarding bills i reffered so many peoples they are also happy with pulse telecom.

What do you mean, Annoyed? You mean that you are still on their lists? It's funny, cuz I've called their Customer Service and they put me on the Do Not Call list right away. Did you try to reach Pulse Telecom by phone?

I think telemarketing is legal in the USA & Ca***a and the companies can call you to inform and sell their packages if they are doing this between 9.00 am-9.00 pm and if your phone number is not on Do Not Call List.Am I wrong?

It's probably a scam and the compe***ors are behind all the calls. Pulse Telecom is a LD and International calls provider and advertises the services online, by mail, by flyers, radio-tv, etc.I got a flyer in mai mail one month ago, I read it carefully and now... I'm their customer because they have the cheapest rates. Try to check their webpage.

Telemarketing. First they called like 10 times, with a **** up after the first ring, without a chance to answer. Finally a couple of weeks ago a person with a thick accent offered some internet services. I asked not to be called a***n. I got another call today.

This number has called me 11 times in the past month. 8 calls came after I requested to be removed from the calling list. They are some phone service company looking to offer better deals on International Calls, after explaining I don't make international calls and asked to be removed they kept calling. I called back to obtain information such as the company name and couldn't hear a thing, then the representative ***g up on me.

I have been getting this number every few days for a few months now.I never answer,the phone number comes up as well as "MB". They never leave a message.I have never called back and I hope they stop calling.

This phone number keeps on calling me but no one answered..

This guy has a super thick accent, and has dialed me four times in the last hour. Whenever I said "I can't understand you" he ****s up on me. all i understood was the word telecommunications.

They have tried to call me a couple of times now so I answered their call yes****ay evening about 5:30 PM and when asked the person told me that he was calling from Pulse Telecom(s).  I then asked them where Pulse Telecom was located and I believe he said "161 Bay St in Toronto"...  It sounded like he was calling from overseas, poor line quality and heavy accent so I then asked where he was calling from, twice, and all I got was, "I'm Sorry Sir? What do you mean?"...  I asked to be removed from their call lists immediately and he said "Sure, no problem. Thank you, good bye."... Hope this helps!

I called it back today and man answered witha thick east indian accent. i asked him who they are  he said they are Pulse Telecome selling long distance packages. i could hardly understand him but made him spell out the company name.Said they are located in Toronto. i asked him to take my name off list; he ***g up on me..  i called back and demanded to speak with manager ; they said supervisor was not available to speak to. They sound like a bunch of scam artists from india.
