My number was called but no one replied when I answered. This is not the first time this has happeneed. I am registered with CRTC who need to do their job stopping such calls.

I subscribe to the National Do Not Call List, this number should not be allowed to call my home.

Ya they sell newspapers and your phone numbers (to other companies). I worked there for about a week. It was brutal. They rip there employees off big time so no doubt do the same to those they call. We've been receiving newspapers for the last 2 weeks, without asking for them - this is the follow-up phone call to sell a subscription to the newspaper. When I called back (they called 8pm last night, missed call, no msg) this morning I got a prerecorded message saying why we received the call and prompted me to leave name/number. Please do not call back. Not interested in newspaper. Thanks.

There's no justification for the government not barring newspapers from selling their ****, other than they might get nasty headlines come election time.
