Keeps calling my cell

I keep getting calls from this number leaving blank messages.  Any idea who?

Really is too funny.  If no one is answering, how DO they stay in business and why continue.

Calling me multiple times a day. Never leaves a message.  I have not answered.

Also s****ed getting this number call - just after signing up with do not call . gov list for another number!Maybe they have moved it to Ca***a to get out of the USA regulations for "do not call" list enforcement.Can't these folks learn - we do not want your call!!I guess its how they earn a living.

I received a call from this number on my job phone. No one says anything when you answer. Caller id says, WINNIPEG, MB

when you answer, no one is on the line.

Got 2 calls from this number today.  Caller ID says Manitoba.

It is a call centre that calls on behalf of a number of organizations. I received a call from this number today asking me to book a service appointment with a car dealership.

I also have gotten calls all week, no message. I answered it once and no one said anything. Callback message sounds like "San Diego, do not leave message"

Getting a call at least once a day from this number for the past week or so. Never leaves a message.

Received calls on call display.  Call the number and voice message, woman, says don't leave message?
