(204) 949-3108 keeps calling us. we are on the do not call registry.

Got a couple of calls from this number. Do not know anyone from Mts. Communications Inc. or from Winnipeg, MB. Must be a scam call.

We are on the DO NOT CALL LIST. Like many others here. My phone says: Manitoba Call. No message is left. Will the FTC handle callers that originate in Ca***a?

This number came up on my caller I. D. No further information about who called. I do not answer calls from anyone I do not know. Also on the DO NOT CALL LIST. Sound familiar? Apparently it is ignored by some.

Call same time each day twice. Don't even give me time to answer.

According to CID it reads "POTS PHONE MB". I am getting sooo many telemarket calls lately. Lots of different #'s that crossover with same people and then new ones. Why is this on the splurge a***n? What happened to the "donotcall" lists? These are constant w/min. of 10/day. I hate this.

They call and **** up when answering ma****e picks up. I don't answer when I see them on caller ID.

They call repeatedly and leave no message. I called them back and received a recorded message that they are a research company soliciting opinions across the U.S. and Ca***a, and that they are not selling anything. As a research firm, they are not subject to the do-not-call rules. But they do maintain their own do not call list. However, I was unable to leave my phone number to be removed from their calling list because their mailbox is FULL. Good grief!!!!!

Call at all hours of the day. Never leaves message on answer ma****e. When I do pick up, no one answers back. Can't ask to be removed from calling list if I can't speak to someone and file complaint if no one answers now then can I?

I keep getting calls from this number.  It is annoying.  They never leave a message. How can I stop them from calling me?

Found this number on my caller id box when I got back from a trip.  No message left.

I called back from my home line and it is Ipsos Reid (http://www.ipsos.ca/) a telemarketing company.

Call multiple times throughout the week at a variety of times during the early morning to late evening and when asked for an agent to remove our number from the call list, they simply ***g up.
