Have no idea who this was - but they called me twice in a span of a few hours. Both times I missed it. One was while i was getting ready to leave to go to school, the other was once while I was in class about 3 hours later. I did not answer. Google reports this number belonging to Citadel Credit Union on McPhillips Street. However I've never done business with them so I do not know how they got my cell number or why they would be calling me. I've only had this number a few years and I don't go handing it out. In fact, it's been placed on the do not call list.
