Left a voice mail saying " Billy" in the neighborhood had plans for a party were he ordered too much pizza and wanted to get to know us He paused like we were saying so****ing back Obviously we report on phone spam and now telling everyone else

Called about my dog barking all night. Funny thing is my neighbors name is Ron and he has it out with my other neighbor about her pets.
