They call my cell phone all the time. they do not leave messages. But when you call back they say they just want to update your information so they may continue to make/send you offers... I have told them to take me off thier call list. I told them this toiime that I am reporting them to your company.

Well, I employed the "email tactic" and sent an email to many members of management each time I received a call.  Over the last two months, when the call is answered, there is no one there, and it disconnects.  After sending one email, I received another ****-up call.  I sent another email.  Recieved another ****-up call.  Sent another email.  Got another call.  This time, furious, I answered the call, and there was a PERSON there.  He s****s his sale script, and I interrupt him to ask to remove my name from the call list.  He CONTINUES with his sales pitch, after sarcastically saying "you've asked US to remove you?"  I interrupt a***n to ask for removal.  He CONTINUES!  I ***g up and sent another email.It seems this has taken on a life of its own.  No ****od of communication stops these calls.  I have filed complaints with the FCC Do Not Call Registry, I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (who has this company rated an "A+" (HA!).  I have communicated on more than a dozen occasions in three different communication channels, and the calls continue.Most of the time, I do not answer the calls.  They happen so frequently, however, that they are tying up the line, preventing the normal operation of my business.  I don't know what else to do.

I have received a few calls from them in the last couple of days. Don't know who they are, won't answer calls from unfamiliar callers.

Randall Publishing. They call and when I answer, ***ody is there. I call them back and politely give my name and number. I tell them I want to be taken off of their call list. Then, I SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEAM IF YOU DON'T I WILL KEEP CALLING AND SREEEEEEEEEMING IN THE REPRESENTATIVES EARS TIL ALL THEY HAVE LEFT ARE DEAF OR HARD OF HEARING EMPLOYEES. I also did this in a message to the President, Michael Reilly. We'll see what happens.

I called the number backa nd received a recording stating that they were "American Impact Marketing" and they were trying to update their contact information for free publications the I receive.  They gave the information on how to be placed on their "No call" list on the recording also.

I continue to recieve calls from this number as well.

Says they want approval to send a free publicantion and need to verify company information. Better Roads magazine, that's what they say.

RANDALL PUBLISHING @ 205-248-1*** calls 3-4 times/day, every day. They never leave a message. I don't know who they are, and don't subscribe to any magazines (or other services) that their name suggests they might be involved in.

Callls our cellphone. Unknown caller leaves no messages. Calls repeatedly and is not only annoying but is using our minutes up.

The one time I answered the cell phone number that I didn't recognise,because I'm looking for a job, it turns out to be this publishing co., RANDALL Publications, verifying info on a subscription. I asked last year to have my subscription cancelled and removed from the call list. See how well that worked? This time, I requested a 3-way call w/ a mgr as a witness to the cancelling and do not call a***n. Then followed up w/ the email.

These '****S' call me EVERY day. I have called and left a message to be removed but they STILL call - and wake me up! I work midnights. If anyone knows their home numbers, please publish so I can call THEM at 2 or 3 am!!

They said they wanted to renew a magazine "Better Roads" which we do not receive nor requested. The caller sounded like a very young and non-professional person.

Said they want to send me a free landscaping Magizine to our buisness and wanted to comfirm out address. I did not comfirm anything and did not stay on phone to talk to them. Randal Publish shows up 205 248-1*** on my phone when I asked for a number for my husband to call back they would not give me a number they will call him back they said. Was not sure if I could trust this caller or number.

I followed the link to their website and got the e-mail addresses for the president and vice president of the company.  I wrote to them telling them that every time I get a phone call from their company I was going to send an e-mail.  I sent them both 4 consecutive e-mails telling them to stop calling me along with the number they've been calling!! They e-mailed me back and told me sorry and they would take care of it...and they did.  I have not (so far) received anymore phone calls!! I suggest everyone do this.

They call my office phone all the time.  Caller ID may display 'Randall Publishing', but it's actually a division of their's called 'American Impact Marketing' - DEFINITELY telemarketers.  No need to answer their calls.
