Called between 6-7 PM on Sa****ay.  Recording asked for a specific person and stated that if I was not that person to **** up. I ***g up. Name that showed on caller ID is Zarzaur and Schwartz Birmingham, AL debt collector  http://www.zsattorneys.com/ourattorneys.html

It is a Birmingham law office that does collections.  I never had a message and there was never a person on the line.  One of the posts had a number to call.  I called and the lady said that they were trying to reach someone other than me that had given them the number.  They removed it from their database.  The number to call is 205 250 8437

Calls my work number which is my cell number many times during the day but doesn't leave a number just tells me to hold or call a 1 800 number if they leave a message

I have received several calls from this number, but they never say anything.

I've received these calls for about a month. I answered one and had the recording as if it were coming from a lawyers office. These calls come at various hours including 7:20pm on a Sunday night.

Callled heard recording but did not ask for any name just said it was a lawyers office and to call an 800 number. Why would a lawyers office call at 6:30 on a Sa****ay evening. called the 205 number back no answer rings and ****s up

I receive countless calls from this number.  I've called them back, but they won't admit who / what they are.  I set up my fax ma****e to call them back round the clock in retaliation.

This is a collections agency.  They were sear****g for my ex-husband -- we've been divorced for 20 years!  Call them at 205-250-8437 and get an explanation.  They were extremely polite and agreed to remove my number from their database.

has called several times says to collect a debt for a name I do not know when I called this number back they said it was NOT a debt.

They call several times a day, all calls are automated, so I have no way of telling 'them' they are calling the wrong number.  I don't know how to stop the calls.

Leave a message that says they are calling for(then silence).  Then say if you are not(silence)do not listen to message.  Then the message says that if you listen to the message you are acknowledging that you are(silence). They never say anyone's name.  Called the number back one time and the first thing they asked for was social security number!! Not about to do that!!!  This is very irritating.  They call 2 or 3 times a day.They also say they are trying to collect a debt owed by (silence).

It's a collection agency, they told me calling in reference to Capital One Bank where my number was registered with a past due account, but i have no past due account and no Capital One accounts, unfortunately they failed to comprehend that and continue to call.
