You scammers just do not give upFound a bogus 1 page website for this fake business name - and according to it - they are San Fran, Ca AND THEY ARE NOT ATTORNEY's so cannot file lawsuits.  Does not even state they are debt collectors at all. Yet the area code is from Alabamaand the poster was not able to spell his OWN NAME Correctly He does not state that he was served a summons to appear at all.   Just threats from the caller and then falsely claims that he has to pay more than he can afford   ITS ALL BS

I got call from this no that is 205-294-6271. He told me that he was attorney.I thought it's a scam.He told me about my loan but I rejected that.Also he told me that my "File" gonna be forwarded to local court.I told him to do it.But What the heck it really happened.He sent my file to the court & now I am doing the payment plan with court with the unmanageable payment plan instead of my $450 loan.What should i do now?So thats why I am saying that believe them.Otherwise You would be the next.
