Scam call. Do not answer.

Got a call from this Number at 10:40 AM didn't answer I never do when someone with no name calls figured it was scam or telemarketer

A woman from this number called and asked for my exwife. I asked her to call her, and said my ex gave my number as hers. When I asked her to identify herself she ***g up.

I got a call from this number and a polite lady asked for my mother by name. I asked, ( may I ask who is calling) she said no you may not1 and ***g up. Have gotten a busy signal now for over an hour. Just wanting to know who this is? Any help
