Got a call from 205**** 5***, POAGeorgia, answered but no one there, who is this calling?

Phishing for info/money

POA Georgia called a***n! No one ever talks, they just **** up on me....drives me nuts! The next time they call, i'm going to say so****ing REALLY derogatory!

This phone number call my elderly aunt a lot, and it is very anoying to someone who has trouble getting around.  We do not answer the call and they will not leave a message on the answer phone. We feel that it is a sham and they are fishing for information. BE CAREFUL OF ANYTHING YOU TELL THEM!

Received call from POA Georgia 2:41 PM on October 3, 2010. The caller identified himself as a police officer (no last name, no preceinct number-red flag #1). He said it is time to get children fingerprinted and IDs for missing children. He spoke with confidence and authority. He asked for a donation. He even asked me if I was good and staying out of trouble. LOL Shady and sketchy call all around-******.

Calls 3 - 5 weekly. Does not leave message on ma****e. We're on Do Not Call list.

Calls at different times at least once every day.

Get this call all the time. No one says anything and you can't call back! I have enough to do without running to check my phone every 5 minutes!

This number is a land line out of Birmingham, AL. I am on the "DO NOT CALL" list, but still get these annoying calls.

This number keeps coming up on my caller ID. It does no do any good to be on the Do Not Call Registry. These idiots still call !

Recieve this call daily.  It's annoying.  POA Georgia.

Received the call from (205) 402-4696 while I was on another call - came up on phone as "POA Georgia" - Call was from Alabama?????????

These folks claim to be the Police Officers****ociation. A total scam that tries to get people to contribute money to the families of fallen police officers. No police agency uses telemarketers. I called the giuy a scammer and said he should be ashamed of himself. he was not too pleased with that.

Called me but I  did not answer because I do not know who or what "POA" is.  Would not leave  message on my answering ma****e. What can be done to stop these calls? I am on the national do not call list.

This number called and asked for my wife by her maiden name. I asked could I take a message and they just ***g up.

got a call from this number, answered it, said*****o, they ***g up.  called the number back so i could yell and them and tell them to take me off of the freakin' list and it said " we're sorry, you have dialed a number that can not be reached from this special phone"  special phone my ****......dont call my house a***n!  especially at 9 pm at night!!!

Called today but ***g up

I got a phone call today that said POA Georgia.  When I picked up they asked for me by my maiden name.  I said yes? and they ***g up.  Looked up the number and it comes from Alabama.
