Has anyone received call from 530-287-4270?  It is suppose to be from the Law Office of David Harrison Legal Services.  These people call at odd hours and your place of employment.  How do they get your information?

the say i owe money to a pay day loan but dosen't no what company i owe money to. they also have a heavy accent i can barely understand them.  they all say they are from the FBI .

Received a call from Johnny Blaze, same individual as previously, this time they were with David Harrison Legal Services in California, last time it was Baker and McKenzie law firm from Chicago. Transferred me to another individual with an accent also that stated he was an attorney and that this was in regards to a lawsuit for a payday loan that I didn't repay.  In fact - Never took out a payday loan and would never do that.

Claiming to b from the sheriffs office and that I'm under arrest. Using my minor child as a reference....

THIS IS A SCAM...same story...Baker & McKenzie...2 guys with strong indian accents...they are going to send the police to my place of employment..they called a few months back with the same story...I asked for their business address and they gave the me the Seattle FBI office address...I did email the Seattle FBI office and they****ured me this was a scam...who would be ****** enough to fall for their scam...the phone calls are just ****ing me off because this morning they had the nerve to call my place of employment!

I got a call from a Justin Craig, then a David Parker saying they are from David Harrison Legal Services in Campbell City, CA also known as Baker & McKenzie. Very heavy indian accents saying that I owe a debt for some cash advance and I have never taken a cash advance. They will not provide the company name but want me to verify my social security number. When I said I would not verify any information they told me that the police would be at my job within an hour to arrest me and I must go to court and prove that the SSN is not mine. Other numbers they have used are 202-239-8934 - this number rings to the service MagicJack now. Also, gave me the number of 714-441-8691. Since they keep calling me, I have in turn s****ed calling them every 15 minutes eventually they stop answering the phone. LOL.

"Tina Mosef" called trying to indicate that I owe money and that "THE (nameless) Law Firm" is going to prosecute me Thursday. She asked me how I was going to rectiiy these charges, asking me to give personal bank account information - when I called the bank, they turned this over to the fraud department. I will proceed with making an official report with the FBI - Internet Fraud Investigation Division, reporting this number as being****ociated with such. Thank you

I also had a phone call from a guy with a very thick indian accent telling me I owed $10-15, 000 and was going to be arrested.  I called back, was very pleasant and politely asked for a fax number (so I could send a cease and desist letter).  The guy told me, "**** my d*&$, bit$* and stop calling me" and ***g up on me.  I have reported to the FTC.  It's very easy to file a complaint online.

Oh and when you confront them about it they **** up and won't answer when you call back

Yea I just got a call form this number it was a guy saying that a lawsuit was filed a***nst me and I was due in court. He said they'd been monitoring me and money had been depositied in my bank account and I tried to take it out. But it doesn't make sense because I don't even have a bank account. I kept asking him to transfer me to someone who didn't have an accent and he wouldn't. I panicked but now I feel better knowing its fake. Thanks

Received a call on my home telephone left a message stating that I was being processed for fraud, also called me at work. Stated his name was Johnny Blaze with the law firm of Bakers and McKenzie in Chicago. (Area code is from Alabama).

Lawsuit threat. Heavy indian or middle eastern accent. Lot of noise in the background. Same as a previous number that called. "If you do not respond to this message we do not know what is going to happen" voice mail.. A coworker took a message for me said they were threatening a lawsuit . No reference numbers are given or account numbers. Between the coworkers, message and my voice mail there was even evidence that he did not know what number he was calling from or at least did not have it commited to memory. Phising Scam

I called the place bank as asked to be shown some type of proof I received such a loan, and they said "See you in court" and ***g up in my face, should be worried or ignore it?

Calls saying I owe on a payday loan, called me about the same mess last year. Guys have VERY thick Indian accent and say that they are sending police and investigators to you home/work if you don't give them a payment over the phone. Total scam. Say they are from a lawyers office but wont say who or where. They knew my SSN adress and banking info. Also keep calling my ex grilfriend and I don't even have her number

This is a SCAM that they have called me numerous times over the last year about. They tell you that you owe on a $500.00 pay day loan taken out.They usually have a thick Indian accent, and it is very loud in the back ground.They have s****ed to call my ex-girlfriend saying they are a lawyer by the name of John Smith.Do not give them any information and report it to as many agencies as you can. They had allmy banking information and address and SSN# and had to put my bank and credit report on alert and eventually c****e my banking account info.The calls s****ed today a***n and they called my ex girlfriend 5 times in a row without a message and my cell phone 8 times back to back with no voicemail.

I got a phone call from the number looking for someone I know .he was claiming to be a officer and stating he was looking for my friend. And when I asked was parish or county he was with. He had to ask someone word what I was talking about. Then when I ask to talk to his boss. They played like he didn't know what I was talking about.
