This is a company called CPRS.  You can google the name and you will find some information.  They are a debt collection but they don't say that when you call.  They are out of Alabama.  They give you the number 1-800-759-2034 to call back.

Just Set your cell phone to accept only calls from the people on your cell phones Phone Directory (Contact list)my cell is a lg vx5400 and when i set that on i dont hear the cell phone ring and the if available caller id infogoes to under a section called Blocked Calls under Recent Calls on my cell.if you dont wanna block incoming calls to phone list then do this:1) make new contact Labeled "Solicitor 1"2) enter the area code and number of the unwanted caller3) set the ringer for this contact to "Silent" or "No Ringer"This way when they call you all youll see is the name Solicitor 1 on the screen and you wont hear the cell phone ring so you cant perm stop them from calling your cell unless you cann cell phone provider and have them block the number.

getting calls on my cell, some recording.  Does anyone know how to stop these calls?

I got this call today and when I answered it I got "I'm calling to verify this is the number for (my spouse name)" When I asked who was calling she said "That's all I needed." and ***g up.Um. . .phone is unregistered and under my name - so I'd like to know what is up.

Same thing here. I think it is a check clearing company that calls if there was a su****ion that a check has been stolen. My wife took a company check and used her driver's license number instead of mine. This appeared to generate the call.

For the past week I've been getting calls from 205-469-3186. There's never a message,and they will not answerv my return calls.
