I wish there was so****ing more we could do to get these SOB's. I block the number and 3 weeks later another scamer in another part of the country with the same scam. The IRS will send you a registered letter and you call them. This is all BS. Also this number is registered to a wireless cell phone this no doubt is a hacked number to keep you from finding there true location.

They called my elderly mother and made her upset. I hope they get caught! Mom listened to her answering ma****e as a person instructed her to call the IRS back, at that number. No agent name or other contact information was given. Thankfully she called me first, and thankfully I realized what was happening--enough to check the number--or else I could have made a very embarrassing call to Mom's accountant. I hope no one gets taken in!

I received a call from this number, claiming to be from the IRS. However they were not very convincing, did not speak clearly or have detail;s about the person they claimed to be 'taking legal action' a***nst. The background noise indicated that there were many others talking at the same time. When i told them that they did not sound like an IRS office, I was given an ID number - 11689 but when I questioned them further the line went dead! They are not very good at what they are attempting to do and, without being racist, were a bunch of foreigners with accents and not very good English trying a scam - beyond their talents.

SCAM!!!! I'm sure if the IRS was suing me I'd be getting so****ing in the mail stating such not a phone call from ALABAMA! ****!!!!!!
