Scam HVAC company locate in Birmingham "Precision Heating & Air" uses this number for scam purposes, they phone ignoring the National No Call List and phone homeowners to obtain their authorization for a free inspection, or periodic maintenance contract services of the HVAC system atb a greatly reduced fee. Upon the inspection or service the Co. provides the unsuspecting homeowner a falsified system inspection report stating that the system is close to completely failing, or will not maintain, has improperly matched system components, etc. in order defraud and compell the homeowner to spend un-needed monies. The company them removes the old equipment under the guise of carrying it away as if it's bad, when the company then remarkets that equipment to another homeowner as a much lower cost solution if they don't have the money for a new system. The original homeowner is not made aware of the scam. The remarketed system comes with a short timeframe warranty that is run-around wording and with all sort of easily missed disclaimers that only someone that negate warranty coverage. Homeowners beware.
