Text said that there was a unauthorized device that accessed my account. Never said what account. RED flag

Got a text saying that an unrecognizable login was detected. Was instructed to "click this link" if it wasn't me who logged in. Oddly enough the text didn't specify what account was even logged into so obviously that was a major red flag...
