Leave a CommentCalls claiming to be Regions Bank and when you call back they ask for account number or SSN.
I had an automated message to call Regions Bank at 800-289-6720. I reluctantly called and was careful not to provide them with personal information without them verifying some information for me first, and it was legit. There was an issue with a business account of mine, and we resolved the issue over the phone. Not a pfishing scam.
this number keeps calling and calling and when I answer they **** up
This agency calls ALL day EVERY day!
calls several times a DAY

Have been receiving calls from 205-560-7300 [also from "unavailable"]. It s****s as a robocall stating "your call is very important to us, please continue to hold for the next available advocate ...[pauses]... thank you for your patience, your call is very important to us, please continue to hold for the next available advocate." Then, someone will pick up and ask for you by name. They state they are from Region's Bank and will not tell you anything else until you verify your mailing address. Seems like a pfishing scam. I refused to provide the information, and she stated I could go to any Region's ***nch to address the matter. She also provided me a phone number of 800-289-6720. I called the number and they immediately pick up. A***n, it is possible this is a legit operation. Maybe a collection agency? The fact that they are from Regions, however, is very su****ious given we do not have accounts with Regions and they are not located in this region of the Country (Washington, DC). I called Regions (based upon a number I was able to find on their website), and they informed me that they believed this was a scam. Do not provide them (or anyone else) with personally identifiable information without you initiating the call to a verified number.
This is a number for Regions Bank they call my phone eight times a day. When you answer they **** up. It is clearly harassment by the bank and where should be some law a***nst them calling so many times.
I have no idea who they are - they call my cell phone at least 5 times a day, every day of the week.
They have been calling my cell phone. I asked them to remove my number from their calling list but they just ***g up. Now they just keep calling and calling. I no longer answer.
this number appears on my cell and home phone. They never leave messages and when you try to call back you get a busy signal
