I emailed AT&T and this is the answer I received. I still do no understand how we get calls from a disconnected number and no one can do anything about it.Dear M MThank you for contacting AT&T regarding the calls that you are receivingon your telephone.I did a reverse look up of the telephone number 205 572-4099 at Whitepages.com and below is the information that I got back.(205) 572-4099 Type: Cell PhoneProvider: Verizon WirelessLocation: Birmingham, AL Due to number portability, some numbers have been transferred to a new service provider.When I tried to call the number, I get a recording now that says it has been disconnected or is no longer in service. I do apologize but we haveno further information regarding the number and because it is not an AT&T residential number, we have no way of blocking or tracing the call.I am going to contact Verison Wireless.

Asked for my wife by name and I asked who it was.  He said "Jim Walker" then ***g up.

calls and when I answer they **** up  12 calls in 4 days, if I find out who it is, I may drive to birmingham and terminate them
