I have gotten about 100+ calls from this man ****ing off. It is so offensive & he needs to be stopped. He is blocked but you can't block a voicemail. This is Absurd!

He is not a spammer or prankster. This guy has been calling me ****ing off and saying ***ually explicit things. He is a convicted *** offender, ****d a 15 year old girl. I've been in contact with police. They are building a case. He's been doing this since 2013. I encourage anyone else he is harassing to contact the authorities and file a complaint.
