Be careful with these calls. To answer anna, some places will use what is called "cramming" to charge you through your phone bill and try to trick you into saying "yes" to get your permission. There is an article on cramming here http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3078500 They do not need any personal information, just your phone number.

We get call from this number about 10 times a day even after registering do not call list.

This number calls me twice a day and I don't pickup.  Say ALABAMA CALL for caller id.

got a call from them today, saying they are "National Search Directory". i was very sceptical, just confirmed our address (which they already had), and that's it. not sure if it's a scam or not, but if it is, i can't see where i would have been scamed.
