Leave a CommentThanks, Kitty! Your information was extremely helpful. After viewing your reply, I did my own research and found that this is a telecommunications company. Apparently, they are soliciting new customers for their services. I feel this is a direct violation of the Do Not Call Registry as blocking unwanted solicitors from calling is the main reason for using it. I just thought I would pass my own information along in case it may help others as well.
We too s****ed getting calls from this number. Never would say anything. I s****ed trying to research the number. The phone number is a landline. The carrier information is US Lec of Alabama, Inc. This particular number, (205)-917-5649, according to info in the internet is located in Birmingham. The la***ude and longitude show the address as 710 20th Street N., Birmingham, AL 35203. Just in the last couple of days we have s****ed getting the same type calls but from a new number. It is still issued by the same company, but the new number is (205)-917-5673. This number shows the same longitute and la***ude as the other number. Hope this helps someone.
Very annoying calls all night long. Never says anything when I answer they **** up.
My son answered and the caller asked for Mrs (Our last NAME). My son told them that they could speak to Mr (last name) and then handed me the phone. When I answered, they ***g up the phone without saying anything.
Same here. Got a call. My daughter asked for a name, and caller said it was "Mark." By the time I got to the phone, he had ***g up...
