POA (Police Officers****ociation) Georgia calling from multiple numbers soliciting donations. They never seem to leave a message on an answering ma****e.

I got a call from an official sounding middle aged man at 9:15 am on a Sat. asking for my son.(he's off a college)...Refused to speak to me but said "We'll" call back"...I thought that was strange.....The call originated on Woodland Drive in the Homeland Section of B'ham, Al.....
I just had a call from 205-917-5663 rang twice and they ***g up first time they have called. Went straight to the computer and see others have had the same call. I don't answer numbers I don't know just thought I would let everyone know.
My caller ID said POAGEORGIA. At first I thought it was regarding some land we own (Property Owners****oc.), but googled # & saw it was a call from Alabama??
I am getting same calls and ****ing up a real pain in the -----------
