I got two calls from this number this morning and all I got was a series of beeps. My room-mate is out of town and I'm expecting an update on her sick mother and people tie up my phone for this stuff?!!!! I don't have debt collectors calling me since I have my payments on an automatic payment plan. I tried calling the number back and it didn't even work!

I've been getting phone calls from this number for the past 2 years for my EX-husbands girlfriend and here's the catch. We've been divorced for 20 years. AMAZING. When I answer they say this is a call for Joyce ****hries. Getting tired of all the BS

They call all the time....they state they are calling from Forestlawn about a debt.  Seems to be going after loved ones.  Sorry people.

They called daily earlier this year, as my previous complaint states. The calls stopped after I filed a complaint with the FCC in February. They have just s****ed back up a***n. I guess it's time to contact the FCC a***n--as if I have nothing better to do with my time.

I receive calls from this number sometimes up to six times a day. No one is on the phone, it just says to press 1 to accept 2 to reject sales call and so on. I am sick of it. The calls s**** early in the morning and go until 10 at night. Does anyone no how to stop this annoying call. I too am on the Do Not Call List.

calls coming in 3 - 4 per day. They **** up when you answer.

My residence has been receiving calls almost daily from 205-967-5452, for at least a year. They always ask for for someone who doesn't live here. At one point, they were leaving rude, threatening, messages though I asked nicely not to call back. Now I just immediately terminate the call when the number appears on my caller ID.

These people have been calling me almost daily for about four months. Lately, they let it ring about three times and **** up before I can answer. If I do answer, they still **** up. I am sick of it.

These people call me regularly.  It stopped for a week or two, but they have s****ed back up a***n. They let it ring about 3 times and then it stops.  If I pick up the phone, they **** up.  When I can get the Privacy Direct recording, they **** up before I can block them.  I got a message from some company claiming they are from a debt collection department.  It might have been Chase Bank, as the previous poster mentioned, but I don't remember.  I don't have an account with Chase, either.  I don't owe anything except my mortgage, and I'm not behind on that.  I wish there was a way to make this stop.

I have received 82 calls from this number in the last 6 days. I have no idea who could be doing this.

Has called twice in two days; call rejected by my privacy director.

Left a message on voice mailbox that says "this is Chase Bank with the Fraud Department" and then the phone ***g up.  Don't have any accounts with Chase Bank.

Call comes up Privacy Director on display.  When I have answered; says please stand by for a Representative.  Then clicks off after a few seconds.  I tried to call number back and receive message that no incoming calls can be received at this number.  What is this stuff?????

Oh - I saw a previous post talking about if it just ****s up - this usually means the caller does not want you to have any record of them calling or they simply do not like dealing with the Privacy Director setup so they just **** up.  Privacy Director will only ring about 5 times before disconnecting.For the person receiving calls throughout the night - the calls are probably not calls from businesses as they know they cannot contact you after 9pm in your time zone.  Either you have a teen at home who is not supposed to receive calls at night and the friends are trying to avoid identification, or your number may be a close match for another teen's number.  Been there, done that.  The best thing to do in that situation is contact your phone provider and have your number c****ed.

Bellsouth's Privacy Director number - formerly another business somewhere in Florida, but now this is the number that shows up for any number calling your number who does not want to give out their phone number via your Privacy Director service.  Every time I've picked it up the little recording that is supposed to just give you the person's name is playing another recording from the originating number and I only get one or two digits before it asks me if I want to answer, reject or ignore.

Out of curiosity, I selected to answer the call by pressing a number and an automated voice recording came on saying some nasty and perverted things. W***ver is sending those calls should be reported and dealt with accordingly. It's a disgrace, very disrespectful and ridiculous that someone would do that!

This number seems to belong to BellSouth (AT&T) privacey director service. If you get a call from this number it really means that some other number is trying to get ahold of you and BellSouth is doing it's job by essentially blocking the call. If you don't believe me, try calling the number back and see what happens.

This number calls me at least four times a day. I am sick of it. I am on the do not call list, but continue to receive calls from this number.

Mary, not Kerrie, left a message from this number.  I recently visited their site and gave my number to see a sample of Group Publishing curriculum.  It doesn't make sense that others are receiving annoying calls from this number since Group is a very reputable company.

called at 3:30AM on 12.25.08 Privacy Director left this phone number in my caller ID on my phone.

The person stays on the line, won't say anything as you say*****o and then ****s up!

It says PRIVACY DIRECTOR on the caller ID. You answer it and it says "press 1 to connect, press 2 to ignore" it doesn't matter what you press it will click a few times then **** up. It calls over and over a***n. Today there were 7 calls from it, the last one a few minutes ago at 1am. I want it to STOP!!!

Call more than once a day from 205 967 5452 but leave a message to call 760 423 1144 saying it is a very important matter.

They have call my home phone repeatedly for the past several months.  When you answer the phone a lady says," Kerrie"... and then ****s up.. last call 6/18 10:45 a.m.

They call do not want anything.  They call to tell me that they are from Privacy Directory then **** up.  I have been called as late as 1040pm on a Sunday evening

this person calls repeatedly and I do not know who it is. I see it on my caller iD daily but never get a message.

Got a call @ 2:15PM, pressed ****on to hear who was calling, got the name "Kerrie", didn't answer the call because I have no idea who that is.
