I had a call at work from this number- a guy with a heavy accent saying his name is Michael Anderson. said he was calling from American Law Agency and said I was being sued. I could settle today for $425 or I would have to fly to court in California and my court cost would be $8000+. When I asked him who was sueing me and what for he said I was making fun of the law and he was going to call the police and have me put behind bars. He also asked me to speak to my manager and I refused.

These ppl have called me from 3 different numbers already within the past 2 months. I have been threatened that the cops will come to my job or home that they will garnish my wages but none of that has happened and I have not gotten any paperwork. This is a scam for sure but how do I make it stop? How can they call themselves American Law Agency but nothing but muslims call me and they are very rude

Just received a phone call on my cell a few times and didn't answer.  I blocked it.  Then they called me at work.  They said I owed $651. today because there is a lawsuit a***nst me.  I ask why I hadn't gotten any paperwork.  They wanted this paid today using a credit card.  I told them I couldn't do that.  They threatened they would come to my job for garnishment & for me to lose my job.  When I said, could this be fraud, they ***g up.  I reported it to the Consumer Protection Agy at 800-382-5516
