Leave a CommentI caught that super man reference too! We received 2 calls from the AT&T hearing impaired service yes****ay as well. I am working with CHASE bank on the fraud report, i want to nail this guy. If you dont mind me asking what state is your restaurant in? Just curious if there is a pattern in the people they are trying to rip off, all three cards they gave us were Chase Bank customers
FOUND OUT TODAY:::: This is definate fraud. The three credit cards provided were three different Chase Bank Accounts. Scary part is there is no protection for the businesses if they were to go through with the transaction. LUCKILY we didnt fall for Lang Lana's SCAM. If we would have we would be out the money charged on the card and out the product! ANYONE ELSE THAT CATCHES A SCAM IN THE ACT PLEASE REPORT IT TO THE FBI FRAUD WESBITE: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
WOW i cannot believe these people exist. I am still waiting for Visa to get back to me on the card numbers he had provided. I dont understand how the Scammer Profits from all this. I was never called, we had received an email initiating the conversation from the email address [email protected]. I am glad you responded and are reporting your experience as well. I will be submitting a report on the FBI Fraud Website as well to help do***ent this guy and hopefully inform people of his scam before any falls for it.
I just got an order for 1000 NKG spark plugs (11-21-09). Communicating via email using name Lang Lana and gave me an address in Jamaica, NY. He gave me a credit card # and info. I waited 5 days to run it to make sure it was not reported stolen. Card was approved. My wholesaler says he has sold 10 pkgs of these plugs in 2 years and 1000 packs is very excessive. Buyer wants the items shipped to me and says he will fax a fed-ex label to me to ship to him. Always signs off with Best Regards. What is the scam exactly? The card cleared (so far). Do they then report it stolen?
