They call me often and im sick

I received multiple calls from this number. I was very clear on the first call. I do not parti****te in any phone surveys under any cir***stances. Do not call a***n. The calls did not stop. Today I spoke to the caller. To make a long story short I explained that the answer was, is and will always be "NO". He said they will "continue to call even after a refusal to parti****te until THEY are satisfied that the person understands what it is they are refusing". He said that if they are satisfied, they can mark the number as a "refusal" and the calls will stop...but then contradicted himself when he said it was beyond his ability to see the calls stopped.
