Stated he wanted appraisal, overpaid fee and asked to give difference to other contractor. Sent fake cashiers check....

Wanted a home inspection on a vacant house. Sent a counterfeit cashier's check for more than the amount. Phone number is Seattle, return address on the check sent by express mail is California, but mailed in Brooklyn. Stank like week old tuna. Someone tried this BS last year with me too. Sent it to the bank's fraud department and postal inspectors.

He sent me a text message. He wanted to hire me as a photographer for his wife's 50th. He wanted to send me ***her check even he does not know my address. He said that he is in “ offs****” and wanted to surprise his wife.
