It is the number listed under my text settings. I have never noticed it before, but received an update to rcs messaging and found it. My phone is totally controlled by other actors and causes frustration and chaos. Your police are involved in the monitoring that is nation wide, it's big brother and corporations who fund it.

on a new phone which was purchase early sept of 2021, the message center phone number is 206 313 0004. In sear****g this phone number, I am now seeing all of these comments. I have been hacked on 2 devices and my social media accounts as well. This person is creating accounts using my old phone number and old and current email address of mine. I have apps installed on my phone which are allowing this person to control my phone and no matter what security is put on my device, they are still able to get into everything.
