Fax tone when answered. Repeated calls - all unwanted. Does anyone know the source of these calls?

Has called with no one answering the phone after I answer the phone. Just get long periods of silence. Has happened several times.

When this number calls I either get a fax ma****e sound or it says the mailbox is full. Several calls a week for the last few months is annoying and at all hours.

These individuals have nothing better to do than call back-to-back every time they call trying to record whatever it is they think they're recording...air. If these individuals are being paid to do this, then the person(s) paying these mindless idiots are at the lowest end (even lower) than the ones they are paying. What wasted lives, time and energy.

Keep getting calls from this number. when I answer, i get the beep... beep... so i **** up and call back. All i get is an answering ma****e.

Fing ridiculous!! I called my phone company with a list of #’s that have been calling me for the past three weeks. All I hear when I anser the phone are beeps, the same happens when it goes to my ma****e. My phone company tells me that there is nothing they can do. We did determine that these are not “fax” call’s because you never hear a modem trying to connect. They suggest I block the #’s using *60. I think its pretty sad that there isn’t anyone out there that can trace these #’s and tell them to “F” OFF..

For the last 4 months I have been getting 2-4 calls weekly from 206 319-3*** on my mobile phone. When I try to contact them it just goes into a fax ma****e sound or says that their mailbox is full and cannot take any calls. I called AT&T, they said I can have this call blocked for $10 monthly or c****e my telephone number. I have had this number for minimum 15 years and would be such an hassle to c****e my business cards and everything involved. I tried the number above to complain but it says it is Traveler's Insurance and they cannot take my call at the moment and ask for me to leave my number for them to call back. ****** people think my cell is a fax ma****e. I don't trust them!!

Corporate Travel Department- Junk Fax. Get these all the time. Annoying but not the end of the world. Just glad I have e-fax setup so paper is not constantly wasted. Do people still fall for spam frauds? I just don't understand how this frauds are still pulling this garbage off.

Hello  I  want to let   people know w***ver this is is not  a  FAX  mahhine  but the  tones  are  from   a   TTY (teletype  device  for the  Deaf).   I am   familiar with the  tones.   It is  so****ing  that  is   Deaf.    Maybe  has  the  wrong   phone number.  My   TTY/TTD  is not working  so  could not  respond to the  person.

A lady comes on and says, "This is a business verification and we will be adding $49.95 to your phone bill once the following information is confirmed." I told her hold on a minute I am the receptionist here. She said that is okay and asked me for my name. I only gave her my first name. She told me that she needed to get our address as well and I told her hold on a minute I am not going to give you any information. You need to talk to a manager to get this information. She told me that it was okay. I said no it is not you specifically said that once the following information is confirmed you were going to bill our phone number $49.95 I am putting you on hold and calling the superviser. THEN SHE ***G UP AND THAT IS WHEN I GOT A FAX MA****E FROM THE NUMBER 206-319-4*** SO I ***G UP ON IT. I just wanted to leave this complaint for others to beware of the slightest information that you give out over the phone even if you are at wor****! I called my supervisor to let her know that I wasn't doing that to be unfriendly and to be aware of the scam. She understood.

Caller ID just listed number of 206-319-3*** and "Washington Call" with no company name or individual. They sent a fax regarding floor sealers & protective coatings with a telephone number of 631-226-2286 and fax of 800-503-2085 to place orders an opt out number to remove your listing from their database of 877-232-0289. I opted out, let's see if the faxes stop!

Fax line beeps then I **** up. Calling our main office phone number. Fax removal number posted is invalid (at least from my phone). Tried calling the number and got a weird message "63 - the number is invalid or not in service or some BS). ID says "BAINBDG IS, WA"

In the last 3 weeks, I have gotten probably around 20 fax calls on my home phone every day.  This number has called 3 times already today.  I am really getting sick and tired of this s**t.  I looked it up and it comes from the Seattle area, is is listed as an MCI ATS number.  If I must, I will fly to Seattle and strangle someone with a phone cord.
