I get Rob Smith asking about an account and offering me a settlement, and asks for credit card number.I said hold on let me call you back. Then I googled it and read this thread......

This number (206-336-7191) called my cell phone and when I answered there was a recording by a lady that said "your Washington Mutual debit card has been locked (or lost...couldn't quite understand exactly), press 9 to be connected to their security department."  I ***g up the phone.  It's obviously a scam.  Resear****g other sites about this number, others have said this is a skype number.

This number, 2063367191, was the caller ID that appeared on my own cell phone when I *****d my Skype service. I live near Seattle WA. I initiated a PC-to-Phone call using Skype. (I wanted to know the caller ID so I could advise my mother to answer when I call her (long distance) using my new Skype account.) ... I think if you get a call from this ID, it indicates the caller is using Skype and a computer to connect to your phone number. The call could be legit or illegal. While many lawful citizens use Skype to get low-cost long distance phone connections, I imagine law breakers like Skype too.

Called late at night and no answer when I responded.  Called about 6 times in a row after that and I just let the phone ring.

Getting a calls from 206 336 7191

I LOOKED ON MY CALLER ID ON MY HOUSE AND THAT NUMBER CALLED AT 11.29 AND THIS OTHER NUMBER CALLED AT 10.41 206-336-7231 AND I CALLED BOTH OF THOSE NUMBER NO ANSWER AND IT WOULDN'T RING AND IT SAID CALLED FAILED.

This number is related in time to two other no one-on-the line-numbers,. All calls received in quick succession...about 6 of them. Some to home phone. Some to cell phone.1-061-778-3385206-336-7191"Washington" 336-7236For 336-7191,  our phone identified caller as "Security Center."

Called at 4:20 AM. No one on the line when I picked up, of course.

These people are horrible people.. They have been calling me for months at my work line... I have asked them repeatadly not to call me at work but they will not stop..They tell me I owe thousands of dollars but will not tell me what compnay they are calling from or will not send me a bill to prove what I owe.. They tell me that I have to give them my bank information or money wire them the funds by 3pm.  They are rude, they have screamed at me multiple times, telling me that my job and my home are going to be in jeopardy and that only god can help me.. They are hobbile.

11/30/09 got a call from 206-336-7191 at 12:55 am!!!! They woke me up and never left a *****ge.

Just set up Skype to use my cell caller ID when calling out.  When I *****d it a few minutes later I got WASHINGTON 206-336-7191 on the caller ID instead.  It was definitely me calling via Skype.  In the Caller ID setup, Skype said that it might take a day to have my calls show the proper Caller ID so I suppose they are using their trunk number Caller ID for now.Thus, it's clear this is a caller ID for Skype calls, but obviously can come from any Skype user so it tells you no more than that the source is Skype.

Frustrated with these people who won't stop calling, I have now hit *57 so that the police/fcc can investigate this.There are two additional, rather funny solutions....First, there is a service some phone companies have (Qwest Does) called "Selective Forwarding" or "Scheduled Fowarding" (You can Google this information) with Selective/Scheduled forwarding you can put the caller's number into your phone and forward it somewhere else....I had a Qwest technician on the phone and I wanted to know if I could route the call back to the caller?!!!  The customer service rep thought this was hilarious...the technician said it would just go into an endless loop...GOOD!!! That's what I want...they call me and THEIR PHONE RINGS ENDLESSLY!!!!! Alas, this costs $10 per month for this service.  The Technician did say that I should go back and talk to customer service and get "call rejection" put on my phone.  For a total of $5.50 per month, once I receive a call that I don't want anymore, I dial *78 and put in the call that I want rejected and never want to hear from a***n....this took 10 mintues and worked immediately...I have already put in 4 numbers....ahhhhhhhh the silence from not receiving these automatically dialing maniac ma****es is BLISSFUL!!  I will actually get some work done now!

Telephone number 206-336-7191, 206-336-7231, 206-336-7211 are Mass dialing and have called my 2 businesses today more than 20 times TODAY!  I called my phone carrier who had me dial *57 which puts a trace on the phone call...each time you hit *57 it costs YOU $1.50 but at least it is traced.  Next, I contacted my phone company which is Qwest who really had no solutions other than "for a monthly fee" I can get call blocking which is a pain in the **** to have customers listen to a message and try to navigate around...I already pay Qwest for Screening my calls.  Anyway the guy at the phone company said that I either need to file a report with the Police or the F.C.C. as they are the only ones who can access the *57 information. So, I Googled the F.C.C. and put in the information Telemarketers...after answering a couple questions they gave options to fill out a form which took less than 5 minutes online as you have to submit a sworn statement to the F.C.C. https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/1088dform.do

have received calls from this number in the past. when you answer it's just dead air on the other end. enough already!!

This is a SKYPE trunk number. It means the call is coming from a computer via SKYPE.  So the call could be from anybody and is probably from multiple different users/abusers. Point is that unless you have friends contacting you w/ SKYPE you can probably ignore it or block it.  I was able to block this number using Verizon spam controlsI never answered this # and they never left a message.

I've been getting calls from 206.336.7191 and 206.336.7231, over the past few days. When I try to call the number back, it doesn't ring or anything- really odd. When I did a reverse phone number look up on the number, it came back with no information and that it was a MCO World Communications number? I thought MCI was no longer in existance????

I've had several calls from this number, some ****-ups and other the recorded message that the caller is from 'credit card services' but doesn't identify which one.  Today I got a 'missed call' and tried to call back; wouldn't even make a connection, no ring, nothing.  Credit card scam sure seems likely.

Called my cell phone several times.  Once a***n this morning at 9:38 am.  When I tried to call this number back, it rings then ****s up saying call failed.

Called my office line at 11:07 AM PDT on 4/24/2009 and a recorded female voice said she was from card services and that there were no problems yet with my credit card account (note:  never did the recording let me know which credit account for which it was calling), but in order to reduce the interest rate on my account to 6.99%, I needed to press the No. 9.  I did press No. 9 and a series of clicks could be heard and then I was notified by the nice recorded telephone company lady that if I wanted to make a call, please **** up and try a***n.  Obviously, I was disconnected before I could get that great rate!Sounds like a telephone phishing scam.

called 3-15-09 and ***g up, one of numerous other calls on this day from other numbers, incl 206 336 7211,  and non-native english speakers repeatedly calling saying "allowa?" and ****ing up from from 612 326 5122.

Called cell phone, I picked up but no response.  I called the number from my office phone and got only a busy signal.
