Leave a CommentThe owner of this number called me several times to tell me that my phone number was selected as having won millions in a lottery, but in order to claim this prize and also a luxury car, I would have to buy $1500 worth of money pack scratch off cards from which I would read the numbers to him over the phone...then I could claim the prize and also receive a luxury car. It sounds like a scam to me, and I am trying to avoid all of his phone calls, and continue to delay him.
