THEY  KEEP CALLING MY WORK AND  SAYING HIS NAME  ID OFFICE KEVIN WALKER AND  IN 30 DAYS I WILL BE ARREST , BUT WHEN  THEY NUMBER IS  CALLED BACK THEY DON'T WANT TO  GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY AND ALL YOU IS  PEOPLE TALKING  IN THE BACK  GROUND,  BUT WHEN  TOU ASK QUESTION THAN THEY **** UP, THEY   HAVE CALLED MY HOUSE AND  LEFT HARRISING MESSAGE TO  MY MINOR  CHILD. I AM  SO TIRED OF THEM   THAT  I WANT THIS  TO END.

When I arrived at my place of employment, I received a phone message that a Mark Jackson had contacted me on 3/21/11 at 2:45 p.m. with a legal emergency and that I needed to call him at 206-424-8870. I was su****ious of this so I immediately went onto Google and searched the number. Several sites (like yours) loaded with information about a scam related to this number (http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-206-424-8870 and http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/2064248870 and http://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/paydayloanscam_120710). I called the number at 7:16 a.m. and got no answer. I went down and asked the lady who took the call about it and she said the caller had a thick Indian accent and was hesitant to give his name.  I called the number around 11:40 a.m. and a man picked up. I asked to speak to Mark Jackson and he asked who was calling. I refused to give my name and insisted to speak with Mark Jackson. He said he was Mark Jackson. I told him that he had called and left a message at my employment and that I have researched the phone number and found it to be connected with a scam and that I was going to report the number and him to the FBI and FTC. He then informed me that I was going to get F*** in the A** by the FBI's D*** so hard. I told him that I hope that he gets caught and ***g up the phone. I sent a complaint to the Internet Crime Complaint Center and the FTC.

I keep getting call asking for Fernandez Donaldson at ph#856-642-43779. i have told this person, a man i can barly understand do not ever call this ph# a***n , this company keeps harresing me with call after call

got the same message today said his name was jack thomas and wanted me to call him said it was time sensitive and it sounded like he said i would be picked up and would not have a bond did not say who i owed but i will not pay somebody that i do not owe. i know what we i owe and it is not these people

Just got the same message. I think he has called me before with a different name and phone number.

This person identifying himself as "Jack Thomas" then as "Gary Thomas"****erted that I had an outstanding payday loan with a company named PayDay Cash.  I asked him to send material proof and he sent me an email that was very unprofessional, had my social off by a digit and contained an outstanding amount due of $310.  In my conversation with him, I explained I would have my attorney review what he sent. He adviced me to pay $190 so he could stop any further action. He even went so far as to claim that I was probably the victim of iden***y theft.  They have contacted me before under another name.  They are foreign speaking (the accent) and very rude.  I have indeed forwarded the email sent to my attorney.
