I OPENED A BIGFISHGAMES.COM ACCOUNT AND I CANNOT RETRIEVE MY USERNAME OR PASSWORD TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT. I AM GETTING BILLED 6.99 PER MONTH FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND UNABLE TO STOP THE BILLING BECAUSE I CAN'T CANCEL THE ACCOUNT. I HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER 206-448-6628 THAT IS SUPPOSED TO EVENTUALLY CONTACT A TECH****ISTANT SO I CAN CANCEL THE ACCOUNT BUT THEY WILLNOT ANSWER OR HELP. I WANT THIS DEBIT REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT I AM UNABLE TO GET ANY****ISTANCE BECAUSE NOONE WILL HELP RETRIEVE MY PASSWORD AND SENDING ME AAN E-MAIL IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE MY E-MAIL ACCOUNT IS UNRETRIEVABLE ON MY COMPUTER. While checking my bank account, I found this number listed and was charged for it. I do not know anyone in Seattle, WA, and do not answer the phone calls from there. Since I cannot find out who it is, I am thinking it is a spammer. Plus I don't know how they obtained my credit card number.

also If you have been charged call this number and follow the steps to the billing area and have your bank statement ready which shows how much youve been charged. The customer service person will ask you what email your account was under and if you did not want to be charged for the payments they will refund all payments and put a stop payment on. They cooperated very well and got all of my 6 payments of 6.99 refunded in 5 business days.
