Number keeps calling, adult male w/ foreign accent refused to give their name and ***g up on me. I called back and female states she did not call me, might be her kid. ***POSSIBLE SCAMMER***

Keep getting calls from this area code so I answer. Male in the other end (has foreign accent, possibly Indian)is asking if Im the owner of phone. I ask numerous times what they want and they keep asking if Im the owner of the phone. I demand to know they name and to state their business...they ***g up in me.
