This number called me today on 02-22-10 at 1:38pm. When I said*****o they ***g up or dead air was on the line.  I called it back and Michelle said,*****o Billing Department.  Seems like a collection company..(206) 479-2311 is unpublished and listed in Seattle Washington.

This number has called a few times, then ****s up as soon as I say*****o.  The recording when you call it back says to leave your account number and she'll call you back.
